After many years at Buntsma Advocaten in Breda, David joined the team at Sneep Advocaten, where he maintains a broad and dynamic criminal law practice before district courts and courts of appeal. In his daily work, he defends clients in cases of varying complexity and provides legal advice in administrative-criminal matters, such as proceedings under the Damocles Act and Article 13b of the Opium Act. His keen interest in procedural subtleties and his meticulous approach to case documentation have earned him notable recognition. David is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Criminal Defence Lawyers (NVJSA) and is registered in the Netherlands Bar’s legal domain register with criminal law as his principal area. In accordance with the Bar’s requirements, he obtains at least ten training credits each calendar year to maintain his professional competence.
